§ 56.087  NOTICE; VIOLATIONS.
   In the event that any owner has violated the provisions of this subchapter, the City Administrator or his or her designee shall give to the owner, at the address of the owner according to the tax rolls of record in the County Assessor’s office, notice and demand that the owner eliminate the offending condition within ten days of the notice. If the condition is not eliminated within the time required by said notice, the City Administrator shall have the power to order the condition to be abated by city employees, or private contractor, and the cost of the elimination shall be billed to the owner thereof. If the owner fails to pay the cost within 30 days of the billing, the cost may be collected in conformity with the chapters providing for the collection of charges due to the city,  including the imposition of finance charges for delinquent payment.
