§ 56.085 DEFINITION.
   A BOULEVARD AREA shall be defined for the purposes of this subchapter as any area within a dedicated public right-of-way, including rights-of-way with unimproved streets and alleys, except that portion of the right of way which has improved gravel or bituminous surface and/or curb and gutter.
