§ 56.066  REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE.
    Utilizing the three-year inventory adopted by the City Council, a three-year “Sidewalk Replacement Schedule” shall be developed and adopted by the City Council annually. The sidewalk replacement schedule shall list sidewalks scheduled for replacement in each of the next three years, with the most urgent replacements scheduled first.
