(A) The city deems it a safety hazard to have people enter the area of the municipal swimming pool enclosed with fence after pool hours and at a time when the gates are locked.
(B) It shall be a violation of this chapter for anyone to be in the bath house and/or in the pool(s) and enclosed deck areas after hours without the previous permission of the pool manager. It will be a duty of the manager to always notify the dispatch office beforehand of any and all approved after hours/overnight pool activities. This permission shall be both written and verbal. An “Authorization for Pool Use” form must be filled out, recorded and on file with the County Sheriff's office.
