All individuals who enter and occupy city-owned park property within the city shall conform to the rules and regulations as set forth in this chapter:
(A) No motorized vehicles are allowed on the grass, including ATVs, snowmobiles and the like;
(B) No glass bottles, glass containers and any other form of glass beverage container shall be allowed without prior approval from the Police Chief;
(C) No writing, drawing, painting or defacing on city-owned park property;
(D) Speed limit maximum of 20 mph unless otherwise posted;
(E) No dumping of personal garbage or belongings in city-owned dumpsters;
(F) No loud music from personal devices or vehicles will be allowed. City-wide noise ordinance pertains to all city-owned property;
(G) No golfing allowed in any city-owned parks;
(H) All individuals who enter and occupy city-owned park property with pets shall clean up after the pets;
(I) All individuals who enter and occupy city-owned park property shall clean up after themselves;
(J) Picnic tables are not to leave any city-owned park;
(K) No overnight parking without prior approval from the Police Chief; and
(L) The parks shall be closed from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. unless prior approval from the Police Chief is obtained or to attendees of a city approved event at Oak Tree Park.
