Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. of the following day, local time, parking is permitted on both sides of Old Mill Road between Chagrin River Road and the base of the Old Mill Road west hill, and on the east side of Epping Road between Main Street and Sudbury Road, in accordance with signs posted for that purpose at each such parking area.
