Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or who fails to fully perform any activities authorized by a Commercial Tree Cutting Permit or described in a Forest Management Plan, a timber sale prospectus, or any other documents required by the Building Official is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues to occur. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each tree which was cut down without approval. (Ord. 2019-14. Passed 4-9-19.)
