All contractors seeking to assist property owners with cutting trees for economic gain must obtain a contractor's license from the Village before tree cutting begins. The license shall be effective for the period of time the contractor's work related to the tree cutting takes place or for a period of one (1) year, whichever is greater. The Building Official may revoke the license for cause as reasonably determined by the Building Official.
