777.04 POST-CUTTING CLEAN UP AND REHABILITATION ACTIVITIES.
   A Forest Management Plan and any other documents which may govern post-cutting clean up and rehabilitation activities shall ensure that Best Management Practices (BMPs), as described in the publication "BMPs for Erosion Control for Logging Practices in Ohio," a publication utilized by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry ("ODNR"), or a successor to that publication, are in place during tree cutting and are fully performed after tree cutting is completed; the property on which tree cutting is performed is cleared of all debris and rehabilitated to a natural state similar to the property's state prior to the performance of any tree cutting activities, as determined by the Village in its discretion; and the Village may seek the guidance of ODNR in the exercise of the Village's discretion.
