155.15 319 GRANT FUND.

There is hereby established a fund in the Village entitled “319 Grant Fund” which shall be for the purpose of taking receipt of proceeds from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency federal Clean Water Act 319(h) Nonpoint Source Implementation Program grants, matching funds, and related expenses as designated by such grant.
