(a) No vehicle shall be driven faster than four miles per hour within the gates of a Village Cemetery.
(b) Funerals are not permitted to enter the cemetery later than 2:00 p.m. Monday- Friday, nor after 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, nor on Sundays or government holidays, except by prior written approval of the Service Director. The Service Director shall be contacted before setting the time of any funeral.
(c) In order to maintain a high standard of care and eliminate sunken Graves caused by the collapse of wooden caskets or boxes, it is required that all Burials shall be made in containers and those containers placed in vaults made of reinforced concrete or steel.
(d) No Grave shall be used for any purpose other than for the Burial of human remains.
(e) Artificial plantings, myrtle, and ivy shall not be used as ornamentation in Village Cemeteries.
(f) Headstones shall remain uncovered.
(g) No person shall knowingly or willfully remove, cut or break, or in any manner injure or destroy, any ornamentation or landscaping within the Cemeteries.
