Disinterment and relocations are permitted when an applicant for Disinterment or relocation has complied with all State application forms and regulations and rules of the local health authorities. Disinterment shall be made in accordance with the schedule of charges listed in Section 959.06. The Service Director shall determine final approval of Disinterment. Should any Grave be vacated and the remains removed from the Village Cemetery, the Burial use rights and authority to re-convey the use of the Grave shall revert to the Village.
