(a) The Service Director shall have the power to execute and enforce all rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Cemetery Trustees and Council pertaining to the Village Cemeteries. The Service Director is authorized to assign the Director's powers under this Chapter to employees under the Director's control. The Service Director shall attend all meetings of the Board of Cemetery Trustees unless excused by the Chair of the Board.
(b) The Service Director shall supervise all improvements in the Village Cemeteries, and all embellishment of Graves therein, all of which shall conform to the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the Board of Cemetery Trustees and Council.
