In the event there is a change in the resident agent or nonresident agent as shown by the Certificate, the owner shall notify the Building Official in writing within thirty (30) days of such change, giving the name, address and telephone number of the new resident agent or nonresident agent. Failure to so notify the Building Official within the specified time shall constitute a violation of this Chapter. (Ord. 2014-28. Passed 4-14-15.)
