One separate fund, designated the Cemetery Fund, shall be carried in the Village Treasury for the Village cemeteries. All receipts from sales of lots, all gifts and donations for cemetery purposes, and such monies as may, from time to time, be appropriated by Council for cemetery purposes, shall be paid into and carried in the Cemetery Fund. All payments and disbursements for the operation, management and control of the cemeteries shall be paid from the Cemetery Fund herein provided for.
