Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village, for purpose of regulating and safeguarding the construction of the residential dwellings, that certain Code known as the "Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings", latest edition and all revisions. A complete copy of such Code shall be kept in the office of the Building Official.
