   171.07 PARK SUPERINTENDENT.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Park Superintendent for the Village.
 
   (b)   The Park Superintendent shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of Council.
 
   (c)   The duties of the Park Superintendent shall be prescribed by Council or the Park Commission, and the Park Superintendent shall be responsible to the Mayor for the performance of his or her duties.
