171.05 CHAIRPERSON; RULES AND REGULATIONS; RECORDS ANNUAL REPORT.

The Park Commission shall elect one of its members as chairperson and shall adopt rules and regulations with respect to the holding of regular meetings and the performance of the functions for which it was created. The Park Commission shall keep records of its proceedings and shall make an annual report in writing to Council.
