171.03 ESTABLISHMENT OF PARK COMMISSION; RESPONSIBILITIES; MEMBERSHIP; COMPENSATION.

The development, maintenance and control of the Village Park System shall be the responsibilities of a Park Commission which shall consist of five members, all of whom shall be residents of the Village and all of whom shall serve without compensation, which Park Commission is hereby established.
