(a) There is established a civil infraction penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any individual who rides a bicycle across the Bridge.
(b) There shall be no civil infraction penalty for an individual who walks a bicycle across the Bridge.
(c) The Police Department shall serve as the Civil Infractions Violation Bureau for the purpose of accepting admissions of responsibility for municipal civil infractions in response to municipal civil infraction violation notices to individuals that have ridden bicycles across the Bridge.
(d) The civil infractions set forth in this section shall cease upon the completion of construction repairs on the Old Mill Road Bridge and the reopening of the Old Mill Road Bridge for bicycle traffic. (Ord. 2012-14. Passed 5-8-12.)
