159.10 VEST GRANT FUND.

There is hereby established a fund in the Village entitled the Vest Grant Fund which shall be for the purpose of receipt of grant funds from the Department of Justice through the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant Act of 1998 and funds from the Village's General Fund to finance the purchase of bulletproof vests for the law enforcement officers.
