   159.01 MEMBERSHIP OF DEPARTMENT.
   The number of authorized positions in the Police Department shall not exceed the following:
   One Chief
   One Executive Lieutenant
   Two Sergeants
   One Detective
   Six Other Patrolmen (First Class, Second Class, Third Class).
