   155.11 STORER EXPENDABLE TRUST FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established a trust fund to be known as the Storer Fund under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.12.
 
   (b)   Monies received from the Storer Foundation and deposited into the Storer Fund shall be used by the Village as directed by Council, from time to time, to pay for any costs as designated by the donor. (Ord. 2004-29. Passed 6-8-04.)
