155.09 FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY FUND.

There is hereby established a fund in the Village entitled Federal Emergency Management Agency Fund which shall be for the purpose of receipt of proceeds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for reimbursement to the Village of expenses during qualified emergency conditions.
