155.12 FEDERAL GRANTS FUND.

There is hereby established a fund in the Village entitled “Federal Grants Fund” which shall be for the purpose of taking receipt of proceeds from Federal Agency grants and related expenses as designated by such grant. Each grant shall be assigned its unique account number within the fund to enable tracking.
