The position of full-time Finance Administrator is hereby established. Pursuant to Gates Mills Charter Article IV, Section 5, the Finance Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. Among other duties to be assigned to the Finance Administrator by the Mayor, the Finance Administrator shall assist the Mayor and work with the Clerk, the Treasurer, the Service Director and the Police Chief in administrative and financial affairs. The Finance Administrator shall perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Mayor.
