183.02 DUTIES.

The Real Estate Committee shall have jurisdiction over and make recommendations to the Mayor and Council on all properties owned and operated by the Village of Gates Mills. The Committee shall recommend to the Mayor and Council programs for renovation of the properties, programs for leasing of the property and policies with respect to the operations and maintenance of the properties by the Village.
