There is hereby established in and for the Village a Real Estate Committee which will consist of three (3) members. The members’ terms shall be staggered so that initially one member shall be appointed for a term of one (1) year, one member shall be appointed for an initial term of two (2) years and one member shall be appointed for an initial term of three (3) years. Thereafter the terms shall run for three years expiring on December 31st. The members of the Real Estate Committee shall serve without compensation.
