155.02 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST) FUND.

There is hereby created a special revenue fund to be known as the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Fund, which is dedicated to pay for taking corrective action and for compensating third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by accidental releases arising from the operation of petroleum underground storage tanks.
