1387.02 DISCHARGE OF STORM WATER INTO SEPTIC TANKS PROHIBITED.

No water from gutters, leaders or surface drainage of any kind shall be discharged into any septic tank. Such water, however, may bypass the septic tank and flow into the lower drain of the filter.
