Before an action shall be taken regarding the application for a wireless communication facility, the applicant shall deposit with the Planning and Zoning Commission a fee in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to supplement the cost of processing the application.
The applicant shall also place on deposit the amount necessary, but not less than two thousand, five hundred dollars ($2,500), for the Village to obtain a certification from a registered engineer that the proposal is in compliance with Federal, State and local regulations.
