(a) The wireless communication tower must be set back from all property lines by a distance of fifty percent of the height of the tower (unless a larger distance is required by Section 1373.05(c)) or by the rear yard or side yard setback required in the underlying zoning district, whichever is greater.
(b) All associated equipment support buildings must meet the minimum setback standards for accessory structures in the underlying zoning district and shall not be used for offices, long-term vehicle storage or outdoor storage.
(c) In no case shall the wireless communication facility be located in the required front yard of a lot.
