Wireless communication towers may not be erected to a height in excess of 150 feet above ground level. Should the applicant wish to erect a wireless communication tower in excess of 150 feet, it must seek a variance from the Planning Commission. In no event, however, shall the Planning Commission have any authority to grant a variance for a wireless communication tower in excess of 200 feet.
