1367.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Dwelling" means a building used or designed, or intended to be used, all or in part, for residential purposes.
   (b)   "Exterior property areas" means the yard areas connected with, by reason of ownership or right of control, or used together with, the dwelling or structure on the premises.
   (c)   "Structure" means a building or device constructed or used for nonresidential purposes.

   (d)   “Noxious weeds” include Russian, Canadian, or common thistle, wild lettuce, wild mustard, wild parsley, ragweed, milkweed, ironweed, etc. This term shall not include cultivated flowers, plants or gardens.
