In a Class U2 District, where the side line of the lot adjoins a Class U1 District, no structure, unless located fifty feet or more back from the street line, shall be erected within ten feet of such adjoining Class U1 District. In a Class U2 District, where the rear line of the lot adjoins a Class U1 District, every structure erected shall have a rear yard. The least dimension of such yard shall be at least twenty percent of the depth of the lot, but such least dimension need not be more than forty feet, provided such least dimension shall in no case be less than one-half of the height of the structure. On a corner lot, no accessory structure, if detached from the main structure, shall be erected within twenty-five feet of the street line, and no such accessory structure, unless located fifty feet or more back from the street line, shall be erected within ten feet of the rear lot line.
