The area required in a side yard or a rear yard shall be open from the etablished grade or from the natural grade, if higher than the established grade, to the sky. No driveway shall be constructed or maintained closer than ten feet to the side or rear lot line; however, landscaping and fencing may be constructed within ten feet of the side or rear lot line.
