Street name signs shall be furnished and installed by the owner of the subdivision if a new street is planned. The design of such signs and the installation thereof shall be in conformity with existing street name signs in the Village, provided, however, that if the dedication of such street is not accepted by Council pursuant to Section 1135.07(a), such sign shall also include the words "Private Drive" underneath the name of the street.
