All measurements, test and analyses of the characteristics of water and wastes to which reference is made in this chapter shall be determined in accordance with the latest edition of "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Waste Water." Sampling methods, location, times, durations and frequencies are to be determined on an individual basis, subject to approval by the Engineer. (Ord. 3032. Passed 12-14-99.)
