No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any (unpolluted) storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water or unpolluted industrial process waters to any public sanitary sewer. The enforcement of this chapter is covered by Section 933.99 and the latest revisions thereto, prohibiting clean unpolluted water connections to the public sanitary sewer.
