931.07 CLEVELAND WATER DEPARTMENT PERMIT REQUIRED; CONNECTION STANDARDS.

Any applicant, prior to making any connection to the project, shall, in addition to securing the permit required in this chapter, secure a permit from the Cleveland Water Department, and such connection shall be made in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Cleveland Water Department.
