(a) No person shall recklessly, by hand or by means of a slingshot, bow, air gun or other similar device, throw, shoot, cast or sling any stone, arrow, pellet or other similar missile. This section shall not apply to the use of such weapons by the owner or lessee of real property within the Village upon the property owned or leased by such person.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
