SECTION V-5 DUTIES.
   The Clerk shall give notice of and attend all meetings of Council; keep a record of its proceedings; and authenticate all ordinances, resolutions, records, documents and instruments requiring the same. In cooperation with the Treasurer, he or she shall keep the books of the Municipality and exhibit accurate statements of all funds received and expended, of all property owned by the Municipality and the income derived therefrom, and of all taxes and assessments. The Clerk shall perform all other duties required by this Charter, or by any ordinance or resolution of the Council, or by the general laws of the State of Ohio not inconsistent therewith.
