566.12 PANDERING OBSCENITY. (REPEALED)

(EDITOR’S NOTE: Section 566.12 was repealed as part of the 1997 revision of this Model Ohio Municipal Code because a violation of substantially identical State law (Ohio R.C. 2907.32) was made a felony by the General Assembly by Am. Sub. S.B. No. 2, effective July 1, 1996.)
