(A) The findings and determinations set forth in the preambles of the ordinance from which this subchapter is derived are hereby made findings and determinations of the Council.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to connect or maintain the connection of a renewable generating facility to the utility’s grid without obtaining the utility’s approval of an interconnection application.
