§ 52.11 WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICE; COMMERCIAL.
   Any retail, manufacturing, and/or commercial establishment within the city requesting waste disposal service shall be furnished with that service upon entering into an agreement with the city to pay a charge to the city for the service. This charge shall be set forth in the agreement.
