§ 32.56 TYPES OF TESTS.

   Pursuant to regulations promulgated by the Department of Transportation (DOT), the city has implemented six circumstances for drug and alcohol tests:

   (A)   Pre-employment testing;

   (B)   Post-accident testing;

   (C)   Random testing;

   (D)   Reasonable suspicion testing;

   (E)   Return-to-duty testing; and

   (F)   Follow-up testing.
