§ 32.41 EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGMENT.
   All employees shall be required to read and understand the subchapter and acknowledge in writing that a copy of the subchapter has been provided to them, which acknowledgment will be in the form as prescribed on the attachment to the ordinance from which this subchapter is derived, which shall be kept on file in the personnel record of the employee.
