(A) Eligible employees will be given a day off with pay for each holiday observed.

(B) All employees scheduled to work on a given holiday will be paid at a rate of time and a half for all hours worked in addition to normal holiday pay. Employee must work the scheduled day before and after the holiday to receive holiday pay. If the holiday falls on Saturday, holiday will be observed on Friday. If holiday falls on Sunday, holiday will be observed on Monday. In the event that the employee’s normal work schedule dictates that he or she works the Saturday and/or Sunday, those days will be considered his or her holiday(s), and they will be paid at one and a half times their normal rate of pay in addition to the holiday pay.
