§ 155.37 PETITION TO INVESTIGATE.
   The owner of a tract of land seeking removal of a storm water nuisance that is not removed on the request of the property owner, may file a petition asking the Board of Works to investigate the storm water nuisance, which request must be submitted on the form published by the Board of Works.
