§ 155.36 ADMINISTRATION.
   For purposes of this subchapter, the City Board of Works, acting by and through its Planning and Zoning Officer, shall be authorized by this section to administer and carry out the provisions of I.C. 36-9-28.7-1 et seq., as adopted by this subchapter.
